So far, so good: Life

There have been a lot of random thoughts going on in my mind for a while and my brain keeps telling me to spit them all out. This is always the moment when I choose to write. I don't know what I'm going to write now, but I know that it will all come straight from the bottom of my heart.

We meet different kinds of people in life with different backgrounds, lifestyles, education, personalities, and whatnot. Some see the best in us; we call them friends. Some bring out the worst in us; we call them known-strangers.

Judging others based on their backgrounds, grades, or lives is easy, but understanding them is hard. I've seen brilliant people with an average mindset living ordinary lives. I've also seen average people pursuing higher purposes and becoming the best versions of themselves. And vice versa. That's life, anyway, and both are okay.

Not all failures are permanent, and success is a beautiful disease. I've always hated the idea of being perfect because life is good when you're a perfect blend of failures and successes. It makes us believe that it's okay to be average sometimes, and it's also okay to be a genius sometimes.

Fail when you're trying something, making something, or becoming something. Fail fast.

Succeed when you're building something, teaching something, or showcasing something. Always win.

I've met a lot of people throughout my life. Some became friends, and some remained known-strangers. Some believed in me and still do, even though they've seen the worst in me. They're more like family to me.

I hate myself the most when I doubt my abilities and potential and keep saying the wrong things to myself. Deep down, I know those thoughts aren't true, but something still feels off. It takes time sometimes, but I eventually figure things out and find my way back on track.

I don't know whether I'm a good human being or not, but one thing about me is that I choose to cut ties with people around whom I feel worse about myself and stay close to those who lift me up.

No grudges, no hate, no revenge against anyone. Just two things: I love, or I don't care at all.

Some might call me selfish, and I know that. But sometimes, it's good to put yourself first. I've never liked proving anything to anyone. I simply like being myself, for who I am.

I've always believed in maintaining a balance between work and family. We're human beings, and we need both to live a fulfilling life. Love what you do for work, and cherish the family for whom you work harder.

For someone like me, who considers love sacred, life has brought some terrible experiences. I mostly fell harder for people who stayed in my mind longer than they existed in reality. Maybe it was my fault for letting them in.

I've learned that not all obsessions are love. People come into our lives not always to form permanent bonds, but sometimes to teach us things and leave us with life lessons.

I've learned not to fall for the idea of someone, but to see them for who they truly are. And you shouldn't listen to your heart all the time. Use the mind sometimes.

I now know that where there is confusion, there is no place for love. And you know when it's the end because you can feel it in your bones.

Happiness is a choice and melancholy is a temporary experience. Accepting things for what they are is good. We all deserve a peaceful life, a practical one and if we find that peace in love and people around us, then that's everything. Do the inner work, send good wishes and always look forward.
